Engraved by one pair of hands.
Sam reads the photo the way a portrait painter would - the set of an ear, the weight of a brow, the way light sits in their eyes - then cuts every line by hand. Each strand of fur is drawn into the silver with a graver finer than a needle.
He learned at his grandfather Walter's bench, and holds every coin to one quiet rule: it should look less like jewellery and more like the animal you love.

What photo should I send?
A clear, front-on photo in good light, with their face filling most of the frame. If it won't engrave well, we'll tell you before we start - and help you pick a better one.
Can I see it before it's made?
Yes. We email you a digital proof of the engraving and only pick up the graver once you approve it. Adjustments are free.
What if I'm not happy with it?
We'll make it right. If a coin arrives and the engraving isn't what you approved, tell us within 30 days and we'll remake it.
How do I look after it?
Silver is easy - an occasional wipe with a soft cloth. The darkened lettering is meant to stay; everyday carrying only deepens the character.
How long does it take to arrive?
Most orders arrive in about 3 weeks, tracked and gift-wrapped. We'll email you at every step, from order to proof to post.
